By downloading or using Dictum, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
License
You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Dictum on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use Dictum for any unlawful purpose.
In-App Purchases
Any purchases are processed by Apple. I never see your payment information. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Disclaimer
Dictum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I don't warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in New York County, New York.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of Dictum constitutes acceptance.
